Over the past several years, I've explored a variety of holistic dietary approaches including the Autoimmune Protocol, KETO and Paleo. I am familiar with the struggles of depression, grief and anxiety. During 2018, I trained with the NTA (Nutritional Therapy Association) and received my Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) certification. I am an AIP Certified Coach and pursuing the completion of my Board Certification in Holistic Nutrition (BCHN) clinical requirements.
